    Join us online as West Valley Regional Branch Library, in partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, presents Artist in Residence, Debra Disman teaching you how to make a fun and versatile "Envelope Book", that can be used as a gift or a card for the Holidays!
