The Department of Cultural Affairs of the City of Los Angeles supports this artist in residence program!

Join us to celebrate Día de los Muertos by creating your own handmade book and add Papel Picado (cut paper designs) to make it special and unique.

Supplies packets available for the first 20 participants who sign up and pick up!
