No experience is required and there will be new projects and things to learn for those who have attended her workshops before. All are welcome and you can attend as many sessions as you want! All materials are provided. DESCRIPTION:I am thrilled to teach this class at LACMA!\nAdult Art Class: Unfolding Possibilities in Bookmaking\n\n\nDate:Sat Sep 19\, 2026\n\n\nTime:10 AM – 1 PM\n\n\nLocation:LACMA\n\n\nPrice:​$100\, Members $90\n\n\nGet Tickets\n\n\n\n\n\nFold\, glue\, design\, and collage as you learn to create a “folded fan” book\, which consists of an accordion-folded spine\, covers\, and pages that unfold. We’ll find inspiration in the museum galleries to develop your own unique artist’s book and motivate your continued unfolding possibilities. Taught by artist Debra Disman. \nThis program takes place outdoors on Saturday\, September 19. Parking validation and supplies are provided. Please note parking validations are only valid for the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th Street. \nFor additional art class information\, please contact artclasses@lacma.org. For ticketing support\, contact ticketoffice@lacma.org. \nFull refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled by LACMA. Please notify us immediately if a student is unable to attend so that another student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
