I am thrilled to serve again as a 2026-27 “NEAR” (Neighborhood Engagement Artist Residency) Artist in Residence at the Northridge Branch Library!
Join us August 29th at 11:00AM and learn to create the fun and fabulous FLAG BOOK structure!
Free to the public including all materials. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

About the Program:
Artist-in-Residence Debra Disman is back at the Northridge Branch for the year 2026-2027, beginning a series of monthly bookmaking programs in July, where you will learn to make a different book each session! No experience is required and there will be new projects and things to learn for those who have attended her workshops before. All are welcome and you can attend as many sessions as you want! All materials are provided. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
